I recently purchased some items at the New Prague Walgreens. One of the items was a case of water that was labels on sale but, when it didn't ring up at the sale price I questioned it. The woman at the counter just shrug and grunted a reply and sat there staring at me. I hope this is not the customer service you want your company to reflect. I know it is difficult to find help these days but at least train them to assist customers in answering their questions with more than a grunt and shrug.

Tim and the other pharmacy staff are always there to answer the phone or explain the what I am picking up. Very, Very, helpful. I trust him and his team.
