Called in twice to find out why my prescription was “on hold” and the fact rest call I was on hold for 50 minutes SERIOUSLY. I switched from Walgreens as they are no longer open on the weekends and their drive in window drawer has been broken for two weeks. Now CVS never answers their phone. Heard Publix pharmacy is great. So sick of trying to get my prescriptions filled.

Had many issues with this location in the past. But because of this location being so close to my home I gave them another try. Thank God I did. I had the pleasure to meet the nicest employee. Georgia was absolutely awesome. She went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Now whenever I come in I make sure to look for her and say "HI" we talk a bit and she is always so upbeat and happy. I tell people all the time about my CVS friend "Georgia". If CVS had every employee like her the world would be a better place. See you soon Georgia.

I stoped going t o CVS because I can't use the coupons for some reason I have 2 accounts and a while ago I tried to use the mailed coupons and they would not appear under my account, and the cashier did not care and she would not attempted to fix.Today I had to go to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist again could not honor my email discount, so I told her that's it I will never buy anything in CVS again. in my way out I decided to tell some on and that some one Michelle went out of her way and after 10 minutes she corrected my account and she was sincerely nice. Thanks Michelle

Worst service ever went on line to make appointment for flu vaccine for myself and my husband was all set with my appointment went make my husband Appointment my account was frozen so I called was I hold for 45 minutes Lady answered phone and told me I would have to go online I told her my situation what happened would not help me in anyway CVS I will not go here what so ever again to be told this I will take my business elsewhere
