TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also, they don’t tell you but you CANNOT return items to get your money back… also their fitting rooms are closed so you cannot try stuff on… if the lady at the register would have opened her mouth and at least spoke to me that would have been nice.. then she got mad at me because i didn’t hear her when she mumbled how to use the card machine. i wish i could give this place NO STARS

The old Charlotte russe employees were very nice and had great customer service . Today 3/8/21 was my first day going back since they re opened and the employees said not one word to me . I walked around the whole store without a “hi , how are you “ or “may i help you “ . So i walked out . I was actually considering buying some things but i don’t like bad customer service . And i honestly felt like it was because of my skin color . Everyone just looked at me dead in my face . VERY RUDE
