This is the 2nd time I have visited this store and it is closed early. I have to pick up needed medicine for my 79 yr old mother in law and they are basically holding her prescriptions hostage. I will be changing because she cannot miss any doses of her medication.

CVS Pharmacy Technician and response time is seriously Flawed. My elderly mother's hospital doctor called in needed medication to this pharmacy prior to her release from the hospital. My mother received a text message stating medication would not be available until August (3weeks away). We immediately called CVS to verify if that information was correct. Pharmacy Technician checked and stated they did have the medication and it would be ready in one hour (at this time it was 5:23pm). My mother received a text a 6:42 pm stating the medication was ready. I arrived at CVS at 6:54 pm, to find the pharmacy closed at 6:00 pm...no explanation. The website and pharmacy phone recorded message states pharmacy hours are from 8am-8pm. This is RIDICULOUS!...

Literally THE WORST pharmacy I've ever been to & I've lived all over the country. So bad its almost comical. 45 minute waits in line aren't uncommon. They rarely answer their phone. Great service through and through lol Waiting in line for almost AN HOUR with my crying 3 month old who needs her meds is the last draw. Thanks👍
