Great carwash...however some people take advantage of the free car vacuums and don't wash their cars at all..causing backed lines...especially on busy days...operations would run alot smoother on busy days if there was staff to regulate who has actually washed their cars. Those who have paid for washing their cars ..either manual..or automatic should have priority to vacuums. 🙌💯🔥

They didn't get my windshield clean I asked and Jordan the so called manager argued about how they don't send monthly subscribers through 2x in one day. Super bad attitude. And said if you want you can. We don't usually send thru for smudges on the windshield. It was bug splattered. Also we can't help what the machine doesn't take care of?? Really Whatever happened to the customer is right???

Used to love this place. Went the other day because I have a monthly pass. However, I may cancel it if I see how nasty it was the other day again. Employees standing around in the booth nothing to do. ( If you can lean you can clean) But yet the vacuuming area was soooo nasty. Garbage and what not from the lazy customers that can't clean up their garbage and some of the vacuums don't work and some are missing the hoses.

The free vacuums are a gimmick that seems to be working (you are still paying for them lol). Three dollars for a wash and you have to pay for vacuums if you use the touchless do it yourself. Right down the street two dollars for four minutes splash and dash with warm water one dollar for four minutes on the vacuum and they also give you one minute for each quarter you add on the vacuum after the initial dollar go to splash and dash
