I knew someone that recently worked there under a staffing agency. The overturn rate must be high because they were there for less than a month. Was told to only focus on one part of the factory for a month, 1st week that part of the factory was was closed due to cleaning so they were forced to be on downtime. Then the rest of the month they still had a lot of downtime with poor direction and no communication. Workers get to watch movies and point fingers at each other for why production is being halted due to poor maintenance. Then bam they were fired without any constructive criticism or instructions to be better. They literally had no knowledge of doing anything wrong and was not given the chance to correct their actions. Oh and guess what management said when they asked why they were fired, “Because you seem to never be doing anything and just sitting around”. Your whole staff is sitting around and if you wanted something different communicate with them. Poor management, one star and I’ll never chew mentos or eat air heads again.
