Smart attire. Casey is correct about denial of service. Galatoire's is the only place I know that requires jackets for men.
Minimum business casual however many may be wearing jackets.
I suspect you'll see a lot of people in "Sunday best" - suits (or at least jackets). That said, very few places in New Orleans actually deny service based on attire..
