I'm sure there is a New Year's celebration planned. Bourbon Street is a year round party regardless.
Not really. They ask you to "sign in," giving your name, phone number and signature. Food is great, so I ate here several times over the week. Bartender Roy is awesome! But host stand never looked at what's signed, never asks for ID to make sure you gave correct name and definitely never looked at my vaccination card.
