Sadly, a few parties were casually dressed, but for the most part everyone was dressed as one would for a 'fine dining experience'. Ladies wore pretty floral dresses, most guys were in slacks and nice shirts with sport coats. Our visit was for brunch.
Business casual otherwise you'll feel out of place
I had shorts and nice Hawian shirt on and was not turned away. But it was a slow night. Shoot for business casual.

I don't think there is a strict code, but definitely business casual or more formal if you're feeling up to it, casual would stick out here.
