I have tickets for Cirque du Soleil on Saturday afternoon for my mother and me. My mother has difficulty walking long distances and going up/down stairs. Is there an entrance to the building that would avoid the steps?

Is there any way to not climb the east stairs outside

Yes at the ticket booth and one at the handicap entrance

The handicap (southeast entrance) will be closed. The only elevator that will be available will be the main entrance via the box office area

There is an elevator indoors by the box office and ground floor handicap entrances
