Same experience...bad customer service. I even talked to the manager and didnt seem to care to much! I haven't been back in a while!!!
Poor service even in the bar. Management needs to address. Good bartenders gone.

Their food is terrible last time I ate ribs there they were like eating beef jerky they had no flavor no taste and they were dry as hell that place is just going downhill fast and we went there when they weren't busy at all
I've had that happen before... Turned out they were waiting on one of our parties meals to finish cooking while the others waited and got cold!
