Loved the reclining seats, also seems more private as you can't really see people in the row in front of you or the row behind you. Definitely a plus! The guy checking tickets seemed pleasant and helpful however, concession staff were emotionless. I was surprised by all the improvements. Looked great!! 😊

I had not been for quite awhile. I can tell you the recliners with heated seats are comfortable and feel amazing!! As always, the treats up front are expensive. That's nothing new. The theatres were pretty clean and the staff were very friendly!!

This is now the second time that I had went to watch a movie here. I would say that the movie was great good popcorn, amazing sound, and good food. However both times I watched IMAX which is supposed to the best. It was not my seat smelled bad and to make it better it was like 80 degrees in their with 100 other people. Just those two things confirmed that I will be going back to the local movie theater B&B just down the street

The cinema was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The seating is amazing once you figure out how to make them recline. The temperature in the theater was very comfortable made the experience that more enjoyable. The stairs are well lit even when the lights go down for the movie.

AMC Independence Commons 20 plans a remodel in July with new Leather Recliners and remodeled autoriums. If you have any worry about dirty seats or bedbugs, you won't have to worry after July!

If you are a stubs member you get that all day. If not it's during matinees and then the price goes up to 7.50 I believe.

If you call, you will get a recording that directs you to their website, amctheatres.com, which I am currently looking at right now, with a prominent red banner that states, "All AMC theatres are tempoarily closed in accordance with local, state and federal huidelines. They will re-open when those guidelines allow." So, no, I do not believe they are open today, or for the next few weeks.
