I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s been fantastic both times. The gardens are a bit overgrown but don’t let that dissuade you- checkin was prompt and my room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed my stay!

The people at the front desk were great! However, it would have been nice to have a hot breakfast. Also, the rooms were not cleaned properly, my mom found a pill on the floor and the shower was dirty. I'm prone to skin infections and if I get one, I will know where it came from and they'll be getting the medical bill.

I have stayed here many times however this one is lacking compared to other hotels and other Holiday Inn express in the area. They don't have a hot breakfast but the other hotels in the area do. Just a few miles east is another Holiday Inn express that has a hot breakfast. I am also sure the rooms aren't being vacuumed as I found a pill on the floor as soon as I walked in. I'm glad I don't have small children. If they are using the pandemic as an excuse for not having the breakfast they build into their fees, then explain why the rooms aren't properly cleaned and the pool is open. It doesn't make sense.

Beds were some of the most comfortable I've experienced at a hotel. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the smell inside the hotel hallways. It smells strongly of urine. On 2 floors 🤷‍♀️. Like the hallway floors need to be seriously shampooed. Staff was great. Room was clean. Fitness center was good sized. Just smells really bad in common areas.
