As I'm typing this I've literally been on hold waiting to speak to management fo 20 minutes. Someone answered the phone with a slight attitude. Anyways. I'm sitting on hold because I want see just how long it takes to address my complaint.

This place is a mess!!! Stay away!!!

Sorry about the service. They are getting slow on the service and going down hill on quality.

I am surprised! The manager of this Chili's is great, unless they have replaced her. I have always had good service there, but it has been a few weeks since I have been thete.

They have steadily gone down hill. They lost me for good. Sad. I used to eat at Chili's quite frequently.

Most of the time we go there we have outstanding service as posted prior there's been one time we had bad service will can't say bad cuz we really didn't have any service and the last time we were there two days ago my granddaughter had macaroni and cheese and we realize it's Kraft macaroni and cheese out of a box to pay all that money for macaroni and cheese I could come home and save a lot more money just making out of the box as they did

Only been there for lunch. Not had a service problem.
