I want to sell my car and I have a title but it is the old title with the Lien on it. I can't find my Title without the lien that I got after the car was paid off. How can I get a duplicate title and do I need one to sell the car?

If you have a newer title on file the old one is void a notarized duplicate title $11 is the fee and it will arrive within 10 days
