How can I actually reach someone at the box office? When are your hours? (I've tried on several occasions, at different times, both before and after noon.)

The venue is managed by Madison Square Garden companies so there is no way to get ahold of the box office. If you are unable to go in person then calling the number listed on Google and pressing 0 after 11am CST and before 4pm CST I have been able to talk to someone about the start and stop time of the show, if an opening act or set break. Trying to buy tickets over the phone has always been a challenge and if you can get to the venue the box office will sell you tickets without the ticketmaster fees. I would also like to mention this is my favorite indoor venue in Chicago.
