If an event starts before 1 p.m., the Box Office will open one hour before the event start time. If an event starts after 7 p.m., the Box Office will remain open one hour after the event start time. If a new event goes on sale prior to 12 p.m., the Box Office will open early. If an event takes place on Saturday or Sunday, the Box Office will open one hour before the event start time and will remain open one hour after the event start time for Will Call and tickets sales for that day’s event. If a new event goes on sale on Saturday, the Box Office will be open. On the first day of sale, tickets for concerts are not sold at the Box Office and may only be purchased on Ticketmaster (convenience fees apply).
