Certainly. Biking and horseback riding are common in these trails.
You can bike to this camp from Hillside Drive only, via Prier Rd. The trail from Trippet Ranch parking lot, Backbone / Musch Trail, doesn't allow bikes, see my photo of the sign to Trippet Ranch. Other trails leading to this place from within the park don't allow bikes either.
