After leaving the parking lot, it's an all compacted dirt adventure. Might be a little bumpy in spots, but it's certainly stroller-doable.

Yes you can use strollers here, and although you can use them the ground is harden dirt that will make for a bumpy ride. Now as for hiking up the mountain paths you would not be able to for the paths have soft dirt and areas where it will be difficult to maneuver around. But the majority of the mission you will be able to walk around.
