In my opinion yes it is. It might be a replica but there are real artifacts there.
Considering that La Purisima is a replica built by the CCC in the 1935-40's and not the original buildings, it's kind of young to be haunted.
No stories in any of the displays or books they had for sale, as far as i could tell.
