Staff is rude, found a dog with no leash or collar and they took very long to come pick it up. When my family and I were looking to adopt a dog, the staff was not helpful at all and some of the kennels were very dirty. Staff does not seem to really care. Remember when adopting do it for the animals

I only give this shelter 1 more than 1 because I did eventually get the dog of my dreams. But it was a battle that I should not have had with Olivia she was my idea of the worst employee to be at a shelter where animals desperately need homes. She was egotistical dishonest and careless plus had no idea about dogs behaviour or needs. Everyone else was pretty nice or very helpful. 03/09/2020. I have been back a few times since the bad experience and I only have good things to say. The staff were really helpful and the dogs were all well looked after by the volunteers which also help out there. I still have my beautiful dog that I fought hard to get. I have changed my rating to 4 stars now!
