I can honestly say that this was the best experience at Lompoc Hospital that I’ve ever had. From pre-op lab work to the nurses, tech, etc! Especially my gastroenterologist Dr Raoufi! He is the best!!! It was clean and everyone was friendly, professional, thorough and caring. I have many phobias and extreme anxiety & panic disorder and they made sure that they made me as comfortable as possible and were able to calm me through everything. They even got me in and out without much waiting around but were efficient at the same time. I appreciate them using “kid-gloves”. I pray that every patient has a similar experience going forward. Good job today LVMC!

The absolute worst patient compassion and service ever ! If I could give no stars I would ! I’d rather drive to Santa Maria or Santa Barbara then step in the hospital ever again !! I think my dog gets better treatment at the vets office . Absolutely horrible

Yes, we do charge for medical records. Charges are based on the current State of California and Federal regulations for charges to produce medical records. Federal and State law gives the medical facility the option to charge a flat fee or the facility may charge time and materials instead of the suggested flat fee. This hospital charges time and materials for the production of medical records. If the records are requested to be mailed or shipped, we are allowed to charge for the cost of mailing or shipping as well.
