I really should look at reviews before I came. It is terrible. There is no wait during check in and nurse check up. Then we have already waited for 2 hours for the doctor to come. Due to my kids neck issue, they do not allow her to have drink or food until the doctor come, but doctors never come. Additionally, they allow only one parent to accompany the kid. It is very frustrating and disappointing.

Pretty terrible. Waiting for over 3 hours, my son has still have not been seen… don’t come here if you expect any issues to be addressed overnight… best to wait until the morning to see your regular pediatrician. I should have read the other reviews before coming here.

+1 to what other people are saying. Great for diagnosis, but upsetting bedside manners. A little empathy towards stressed parents and children would go a long way. My son's pediatrician was baffled why they chose to give my son an antibiotic in a liquid form rather than a shot he would have recommended (shot was never discussed with us in the ER).

The other reviewers are correct. This is NOT up to Stanford Hospital’s standard. Hours waiting, no exam nor care. Just go to Mountain View or other Sutter Health urgent care.

Take her to the ER for evaluation. It is difficult to tell if she will need to be admitted without a complete physician evaluation.
