It's so sad that people Have no Customer service experience And I felt a little bit intimidated by someone fom the office who came over to my door and started yelling at me because my dogs run out of the apartment i understand that it was wrong for my dogs to be out without a leash but they had made a hole and escaped. Worst of all din't let me talk because she was yelling the whole time and when i didn't say anything she went with ""do you understand"" like if i looked too Mexican to understand

Way too expensive for outdated appliances, dyed carpet, etc. Office staff is very nice but maintenance will not give you a break on your cars registration even if you get diagnosed with a disease, and not working for 6 months and can't pay it they dont care.

The rent varies depending on the size of the apartment. They offer 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. I would suggest you contact them directly to find out the current rental amounts.
Not very loud, comfortable, but not too loud. Wait till you've been here a little while to crank it up. And 10 is cutoff time i suppose. Its polite i guess 😉
