Texas Roadhouse does not make reservations. They use what they term vall ahead seating. Call their number when you are about fifteen minutes away and you will be given a number to give to them when you arrive which will give you priority seating.
I would do the call ahead since it's a Sat. You won't be stuck in the tiny waiting area or standing near as long.
