Smelled like someone smoked in my room when it says no smoking, the microwave wasn't working out the refrigerator, and a hole behind the door. I did let them know but they couldn't offer me another room or at l least a discount at the price I paid for not even 24 hours. 233.00 was my rate

There was a huge hole in the bath tub and shower were falling off the shower rod. Don’t give them your CC info. Use third party booking if you stay here. The owner does not know how to use the computer. I was supposed to get another room. But they sold out by the time I got back. They tried to charge me a different charge than what I paid online. They tried to be slick. But I finally got my difference in price returned to me.

Positive: The location was ok. The one staff member that did help us, was already clocked out. The other girl didn¿t do anything to help. The price was decent though. Negative: There were holes through-out the room. The bed was hard as a rock, I might as well have slept on the floor. Despite not seeing the presence of bed bugs I was bit by something in the middle of the night.

Positive: Nothing, we did not even end up staying because of the quality and health concerns of this hotel. Negative: There was a bug in the room and black mold under the sink with a puddle from the sink leaking. We brought these concerns to the front desk and the employee completely denied these issues (even when we showed him pictures) and argued with us.
