After the first night and was here for a week, had to fight with them to get clean towels, never did get any room service bed was nice but comforter was burn up with cigarette burn floor needed vacuuming and a good steam cleaning door to room was about to fall off the hinges

We was able to use our wyndham points for a free room. You can tell recently renovated. However the room was clean clean. Cigarette butt on floor, something pink on wall, toilet paper holder broken and a used toilet paper roll on floor. The "weekly" residents congered around. Place just looks ran down. Positives: sheets clean, slept like a baby. Cons: beds hard ..felt springs, pillows dingy, watch walking around cement uneven. But it worked for our needs. Sleep.

The website is not a representation of what you get! Room was filthy, rusty door, bugs all over the beds, stains on the toilet. I didn’t even stay the night I spent about 20 mins in the room and decided to leave. Called corporate because the website pictures do not match what you get. I also called the front desk abs their response was “I’ll let Jim know

I would rate this 0 stars but of course that’s not an option. The whole place has a terrible smell, their are cigarette burns in the blankets, the rooms are discussing, and the service is horrible. I understand the price is low but it is definitely not worth it.
