This could be a nice inexpensive hotel. The staff are great but the hotel is in need of renovation. It is 6+ years old and everything is the original stuff. Being close to campus, it has had some hard usage. Rooms are decent and has all you need for an exended stay. What we have experienced is that the business center computers do not work and the smell of chlorine in the lobby is very strong. May or may not consider staying at this hotel again until it is fully renovated.

We reserved and paid for a room with two beds and a couch bed to sleep six adults. When we checked in the room we reserved through Expedia was NOT available. We ended up in large room with one bed and a couch bed. Fortunately we had an air mattress to use for two adults. The bath room farm type doors suck. They do not lock nor provide any privacy. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The hotel was full and we observed some guests did not get any room so we do feel somewhat fortunate. We had already driven 10-hours so we were happy to just get a bed but this is the first time this has happened reserving through t Expedia. Tip- reserve your rooms directly with the hotel and call ahead to confirm they have the correct room reserved.

I'm a crew member and come stay here for work. Unfortunately this property doesn't apply HHonors memberships to stays with the airline. I'm also a Diamond member and this stay was just not good. I understand it's a long weekend holiday and unfortunately we're here on Saturday. But you all knew we were coming. The woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating but this floor is just drinking, yelling across the hall, there is a dog barking it's almost 10pm and that dog has been on & off barking since we arrived a little before 4. And children running up and down the hall. I appreciate that we are on the highest floor but again, you knew we were coming. Could have been better planned. Seeing as when I called to let someone know that dog was barking they had "plenty of rooms available".

Terrible experience all the way around. Cleanliness lacked, room smelled musty and they could not get our devices connected to wifi. They made me talk to a fella who could not speak English on the phone for 30 min, just to connect one device. Loud AC unit, room felt like an old dingy motel that they tried to update (poorly). No bags in the dog station to pick that up, had to get my own. Staff was not helpful and ZERO communication with each other and inside of their system. I came in a day early to request 1st floor, the guy told me I was all set but then nobody was aware of it when we checked in. Water damage in the bathroom was awful. When I went to the front desk to ask for something, they had no idea that another guest had been waiting almost 10 min. Zero hospitality. For all of this, we paid $200 a night. WTH?! We actually checked out a day early even though we paid for 3 nights. They did refund 1 night but I honestly do not think that was fair compensation for the experience we had. Choose another hotel!

Yes, but they also have a selection of food and drinks in the lobby available for purchase. Prices are decent . The area is reminiscing of an old newspaper stand. Plus there is a supermarket next door.
