This is one of my favorite hotels in town when you weigh value for room, service, and location. The new staff is very personable and pleasant, the cleaning crew does a good job, the linens and towels are fresh and don't seem over used. The pool is open which is rare in the more affordable hotels since covid. The breakfast is simple but satisfactory. The grounds could use a little pickup n upkeep. The keys stay programed you don't have to go to the desk 10x during your stay to get a new one, which is nice. It is located close to Walmart, target, and alot of restaurants. Overall, for the price, it is the best pick in town.

Royale Crown (The best)

This is the very best hotel in Champaign as far as customer service goes they're really nice the rooms are very clean and they make you feel at home their customer service from all staff it's on point respectful and the customer is always right and I mean really how many hotels do that nowadays? They have always accommodate me in anyway possible or need... They have very quiet gas indoor pool vending machines laundry room space to park and you can call the service for room service I mean it doesn't get better than this thanks guys really great..!! THIS IS MY SECOND HOME...

I was very impressed with the hotel for the value we got! I had not stayed at this hotel prior so I was a little nervous, but it exceeded my expectations by far. Will definitely be back again.

This hotel was a good choice for us as it is close to the highway & near dining. While overall the establishment was nice, it could use some updating in the room. The bathroom door was damaged and the toilet made a very strange noise.
