I didn’t have an appointment, so I didn’t mind waiting the 10 minutes to get into the store. I wasn’t greeted at all. I walked through the store hoping someone would offer to help me but no one ever did. I thought they might be short staffed but there were three consultants helping one customer so it was clear that they weren’t interested in my business.

Do we need an appointment to do an exchange? I bought a wallet online but now i want to get the neverfull bag. Also, I’ve seen some reviews on return. Should I not open the shipping box to prove I haven’t touched it?
