Incredibly awesome professionalism demonstrated by Jerome Castle. I've purchased more vehicles than I care to admit, however, during those sometimes tense negotiations, I felt undervalued, unappreciated, and disrespected. Castle performance as a salesman was the absolute opposite of that archaic, unprofessional, high pressure tactic. Should I or any member of my family find themselves in the market for a car, if it isn't a Honda Auto, I will still encourage them to allow Jerome to search his network to accommodate their search, even if just to meet a real professional in the auto sales market.
