The customer service is amazing. We had a wait time of 10 to 15 minutes. Chloe Farb assisted us and was amazing. She answered all of our questions and brought out anything we asked for.

Need to take louis vuitton bag back zipper is broken

I bought a purse model M44549 and I do not care for it because of the clasp. Can I please exchange it for M53939 and I will pay the difference. Not a good purse and I have always loved all of them. Please advise.
