What a beautiful magnificent place, truly 1st rate. We had an afternoon between mtgs in Charleston and decided to have a martini and hopped into this spot. Looked good so we tried it out and glad we did. We ended up meeting a local celebrity and a traveling salesman that had stories that would embarrass ladies of the night. This place is fabulous.

Yes anyone can walk in! You can go to the roof top bar or the Cafe downstairs or the restaurant on the opposite side facing Marion square.

We did for breakfast everyday. The lounge in the evening varied among people so I would say yes. We.went to many other restaurants around charleston for dinner
