This place is omg! Old, falling apart poor upkeep. Old plumbing that somewhere there is a busting water line causing floods, damaged furniture etc. If you're downstairs beware of an upstairs neighbors pipes busting. It happens on a daily basis. Property manager is 2 faced as ever. Before you sign a lease, asked to see it. If not be prepared to have lots of surprises. Not where you want to be and a list of new move in punch requests. And there's this guy in maintenance guy that drives the golf car so wrecklessly. Flies over speed humps. Darts out from buildings and if not careful you'll get run over by him. They don't provide an apartment at lease that doesn't have something wrong with it. If you read reviews, also they've raised rent insanely. A studio is over $1400.They make you pay like $79 for cable wether you want it ir not! I also heard rent for existing tenants is being raised 30 to 40% upon lease renewal.

The process was amazing! I’m very happy with my choice. The team is responsive, energetic and a joy to work with. My apartment is nice and I’m excited for the next years experience. The amenities are overboard and I like the well kept areas around them.

Lots of hidden fees upon move out, maintenance always did duct tape fixes, carpet tacks stick out and rip your socks, unit above me had water leak and poured into my apartment through the vents. They never came to fix that or do anything about the water damage. They're having me pay for a carpet shampoo prior to move out even though when I moved the carpets were noticably dirty. They charge you $100 if you lose your fob to the pool. Fair amount of bugs make their way into the apartment through the poorly insulated apartment that also leads to extremely high electricity bills. The pool is also always gross and littered with bugs. The walls are very thin so expect to hear everything the apartments around you are doing.

Currently 2 br would be between $1500-$3500/month You also have to get their cable/wifi package, distributed water bill, light bill, and community fee. There is a laundromat on premise but it also costs money.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.

MAA is dedicated to the more efficient use of our natural resources. We employ smart irrigation practices at most of our communities. These include implementing weather-based control systems, low-flow irrigation devices and the use of reclaimed and well water. We also use drought-tolerant plant material in our landscaping that requires less water and incorporate hardscaping to reduce turf area. Our highest irrigation use properties undergo annual efficiency audits. Since 2012, we have saved almost 100 million gallons in our landscaping program as a result of our conservation efforts. Many of our communities install low-flow plumbing fixtures in our kitchens and baths and we monitor community water use throughout the year to spot opportunities for improvement.
