Buy this LV handbag from natick mall louis vuitton, next day have ups tracking number but my item ups send back to LV natick back because have wrong address, next day call the customer service and they don’t know what going on and they tell gonna email them ( on store natick mall ) and this do it for 5x and customer service try to call the store 2x and they store don’t pick up the phone and last time i call customer service gonna email the manager in natick mall but still no answer to me and make me so mad…next day me and my wife agree we must go to the store and finally we meet the manager in the store and she tell nobody from customer service email her and after she check my item she found my item and she tell they put wrong number, this is so unprofessional for the biggest industry on fashion they have employees don’t care about the customer…need put all the employees good training for care about customer…BIG THANK TO LOUIS VUITTON to wasting my time, especially my time playing with son….Thank U Thank U😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤯🤯🤯🤯

I have been going here for awhile now and they are all so nice at this location. I work with Joy and she is so kind and such a knowledgeable advisor. She’s always there for me if I need any help. The manger is also very understanding. I definitely recommend this store for the average person like me who can’t always afford to buy Louis Vuitton but when I do they make me feel very welcomed and special. Can’t recommend Joy enough she is awesome. I appreciate her patience with me as I don’t drop thousands of dollars everyday and sometimes it takes me awhile to decide. Also this store is just beautiful, it’s worth making the trip for.

Went in to personalize my wallet. Wallet was damaged, new one was ordered and shipped to the store. The store is to ship it to my house but has not done so yet. I called customer service 3 times. They have contacted the store with no luck. There is no way for me to contact the store. That’s just crazy. Not the best service.
