Pretty good apartment complex , maintenance team respond fairly fast to service requests. The surrounding, under stair cases and car ports lack clean-up with debris, bird nests and spider webs.

Absolutely love this place, high quality structure. You cannot hear any of your neighbors. The staff is amazing, Tawn, Laura, Bob and Mark all are very helpful and go out of their way to help with anything. All maintenance requests are fulfilled on the same day. Lived here for almost a year, really nice experience! The staffs are patient with every question, maintenance guy solved my problem efficiently and he is really a nice guy. Neighbors are kind and friendly. The price is quite fair considering its location.
