The staff has excellent customer service skills, Melissa and Liz were fantastic. The room was very clean and big. The hot tub was perfect and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean. The dining room was spacious and extremely clean. The hotel provides free breakfast, dinner and 3 alcoholic beverages for FREE. Well it’s not free really but it’s included with your stay. My family had a blast and this is our second time staying here and will definitely return soon. The Drury Inn is the place to be.

Our first stay at a Drury Inn. We’re traveling across the country and this beat out Best Western Plus (by a mile)and Hampton Inn. Rooms were spacious and perfect for traveling with kids while giving privacy to the parents. Breakfast was better than most buffet breakfasts and the hotel location was safe. Great hotel experience.

I have high expectations of this chain and am seldom disappointed. This is a 3 Star hotel with a 5 Star mentality and service. Meals were excellent especially the supper. Room clean well stocked. Bed was comfortable though more firm than I prefer. Staff was excellent. Shout out to the assistant manager who made her way around during supper to greet and meet us. First time experience for me with this chain and I use Drury every time I can. Would like to see that at every location! Thank you, being away from home is stressful, getting a good night sleep should not be.

It was storming really bad and the roads were complete ice. We were very thankful to find a room because all the others around were full. Room was clean and it was nice to get out of the storm. We have stayed at Drury Inns a bunch in our lifetime and that’s why I hate only giving 3 stars. The negative is they raised the price on the room. It was raised so much that we even paid more here then we did when we went to Disney for one night!! We paid almost 300 dollars for one night.. I feel they took advantage of the weather situation. I mean it obviously worked and they made a ton because of it . Made me feel it’s all about making the money and not people and the current situation we were in. Guess that’s just how it is in todays day and time. Disappointing because we love Drury Inns..
