So do they ever answer the phones or check the vmails? The phones are always busy, or I’m waiting for long amounts of time. I waited 57 min.It’s been almost 2 months of just trying to schedule an appointment. How do you run a business like that?

Impossible to get these people on the phone. Called for months and left a message. Finally got a call back for an appointment for nearly a month later. After waiting for nearly another month for them to call me to pick up my glasses, I drove there because no one answered the phone. The place was a zoo. And my glasses weren't ready. The office manager told me they have been having trouble with their phones. Guess she's too "busy" to have the phones fixed. This is no way to run a business.
