After a month and a half waiting for an appointment, today when we arrived waiting to be seen they told me that we did not appear on the Dr's list of patients, because they had had problems with the system... On the 9th we had an optometry appointment and we were treated very well, but I think that if it is not the fault of the patients they should give him a solution on the same day.

Impossible to get these people on the phone. Called for months and left a message. Finally got a call back for an appointment for nearly a month later. After waiting for nearly another month for them to call me to pick up my glasses, I drove there because no one answered the phone. The place was a zoo. And my glasses weren't ready. The office manager told me they have been having trouble with their phones. Guess she's too "busy" to have the phones fixed. This is no way to run a business.

I also have Humana Gold Plus and have never needed a referral. I go to South Florida Vision and they are great plus have several locations. They have Optometry and Opthamology both at their 2900 Cypress Creek Road location.
