Don’t waste your time coming here. I set an appt time for 145pm upon arriving to the tiny shed at swap shop it was completely packed and they asked us to return after 3 when my fiancé left work specifically for that appt. If you don’t honor appts why set them?? Don’t waste your time. If I would have looked into it before I would have never set an appt there to begin with EDIT: We CALLED the office the same morning and were instructed to go at 145 by the STAFF. Who did not mention ANYTHING about an "intake form" until we arrived and did NOT SAY they were booked "since yesterday" we made an APPOINTMENT over the phone and did NOT WALK IN. The owners response its that much more disappointing. AVOID THIS PLACE. The inconvenience was not on my part but THEIRS.

The staff was wonderful, especially Christ-love who took the time to explain to me the corrective lens needed for my daughter, I purchased multiple glasses and got a new transition pair of lenses as well.

I’ve frequented this office quite a few times over the past few years. However, the service that I’ve received the past few times I’ve been in has been very poor from the staff members and in result I will never patronize this business again. The doctor should really find some better help, I’m sure it won’t be hard to replace such poor performing rude individuals. The way they talk to and handle the clients with no regard should be frowned upon.
