Rented at the place some years ago and I advise everyone I know not to rent from advantage, one thing business owners don’t understand is that: messing up with a customer is messing up with 100’s(word of mouth) I traveled from NY in business I was up almost 24hrs the gentleman at the counter kept asking me questions not pertaining to the rental car that I needed. Treated me like a thief asking for all kind of paperwork just because of my skin color 😂🤣😄Finally, I asked him ::: if he needs my grandma’s birth certificate.

I never mind getting a cheap rental and they have good rates but you have to show a bill probing your address and $250 card hold for car that is dirty and smells. I didnt smell how bad it was until I sat longer in it. The odor cane from the fabric. I ended up having to use my hotel towels to cover the seats.

Located on the 3rd floor of the rental car complex.
It could take up to 24 hours to see it back on the account remember this $200.00 where on hold now they released it the funds could take a while to appear. I will keep checking and wait until tomorrow if funds have not arrived by then call them and keep all your receipts at hand

Yes, it can be done at a charge. Too much in my opinion.... and don't pay the Toll upfront use the Sunpass

Catch, Claudia, return employee, and it will take 5 min or less... She is prompt, polite and understanding that some people push the clock... Trust me, if you can catch her, you are on the bus to your terminal in 5 min or less... You can't go wrong with Advantage... Enjoy..!
If this was in Florida and you didn't pay for the sun pass and went through the tolls, it was probably for that. We were told that you would have to pay a high fee for each toll went through without the sun pass.
Drop it off in the return car terminal at the airport
It is the 1st building on the left, upper level. There are many signs indicating, "Rental Car Return," as you approach, turn left into Rental Car Center and proceed up the ramp, you must then turn right and it's about 1/2 way or a little more down the return area. You should see the sign, "Advantage Return."
I would add it. Probably wouldn't be safe just putting a child in the trunk.
