It is the 1st building on the left, upper level. There are many signs indicating, "Rental Car Return," as you approach, turn left into Rental Car Center and proceed up the ramp, you must then turn right and it's about 1/2 way or a little more down the return area. You should see the sign, "Advantage Return."

Very easy. Follow signs. Use different rental compay. This one is horrible. All rental companies are in same building / parking garage.
I got confused once because as you come up the incline towards the terminal gps says keep right when in fact it's on the left. Keep left towards where it says tour buses iirc
