I alike but I think I should have staff on the floor to be able to have some order at least in the money order sales windows. Likewise they would need a kiosk for those who arrive without an appointment they can ask for it in the previous ones. For the rest they were very efficient and between the time I arrived and left I found it super fast. Parking should be something that they should resell when they make online appointments.
