I have the same question they told me that it must be a power guaranteed by the consulate but now with this situation that the consulate belongs to guaido I assume that it will not be accepted when leaving Venezuela. So I have that big question to ask why the powers granted in Venezuela are no longer valid since February of this year.
Friend you go to nee orleans and there take out your visa and go to Venezuela. I did it there and there was no problem. Forgives hold on to Miami for not moving, but the bago works double. Go to Nee Orleans and they will give you your visa without problems. I requested it and now I plan to renew it. I went to Venezuela, I saw my family and I returned everything without any problem. I am a resident in the USA and I live in Miami and I went there and returned in two days, many people are driving, I went by plane and It was much cheaper, from Louis Armstrong airport to the consulate, it is 15 minutes by uber very easy to get to and the tickets are not expensive at all, so forget the Miami roll and do it in New Orleans. Luck
