You will have to go to the office. When you get there they will provide you a number. You will wait until your number is called. Prepare yourself because you will be there from the time they open which is 8am until after 2pm. The wait is ridiculous.

No... there are no appointments. You walk in, go upstairs, get a number and wait to be called. Come with a driver's license and any other form of id. I paid for the expedited version (1 week) on a Monday and my passport was ready on Thursday. It was $200. My wait time was about 1.5 -2 hours not a big deal. Bring headphones and chill lol.
