Hello, she will need the extract Archive, 2 passport picture, and the money to renew it. They do not accept just the birth certificates anymore

Since she is from the bahamas, she will need the Birth certificate from the bahamas,one of her parent's BC or haitian passport, the expired passport,2 pictures, and one of the parent should be physically present with a valid passport
