Hello, I need help to obtain a single status certificate. Im a US citizen going to marry a Costa Rican citizen in Costa Rica. I need this certificate ASAP. Where do I go, Who do I call? The CR consulate will not answer the phone........

Yes I call the last 5 days at 9am, 10am,1030am. Nothing but i leave a message.
I live 3 hours from Miami. So do I NEED an appointment or can I just show up to the Costa consulate? I would gate to go all the way there n you need an apt...
