Authorized for anyone who is an ID card holder. Active duty, retired, reserve, etc.

You have to be a DOD ID card holder, or fall under the expanded access act that came in to effect January 2020. This opened up MWR to all service connected disabled (at any percentage), purple heart, and POW's.

Not sure my son in law was active usaf when we went last summer
