They have a concrete ramp,.... and various smaller Kigali launch areas, I know they have a floating dock that has seen better days however

Ramp is being redone and will hopefully be finished by Sept 30th. It would only take 2 days work to complete. As of 9 Aug 2019 you will face arrest if youtrespass on the ramp area.
