I went in and canceled at desk.
Good luck on cancelling....we canceled back in Sept 2018 and they still charged our card. After going back in and speaking with the Manager she cancelled again only to charged again e months later. Good luck with cancelling!
You HAVE to cancel in person. You wont be able to do it anywhere. I'm out of state and am not able to cancel because I cant go in. I finally had to stop payment through my bank, but that's only temporary.
You just have to fill out the cancellation forms at the desk.
Not sure but I would say could cancel at any planet fitness or put a stop payment at your bank.
I think you have to cancel in person
